When will my order be delivered? 

All orders placed before 16:00 (CEST) will be shipped on the same day.

Select your country in the shopping cart to see the shipping costs and delivery time.

When your order is sent you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code.

How do I login or create an account? 

If you’re an existing customer at Cyclegear click the upper right corner (my account). If you’re a new customer you can choose to create an account in the same upper right corner. If you’re in the middle of placing an order it’s still possible to create an account, if you want to check-out without leaving credentials or want to skip the process of creating an account that’s possible as well. 

 

How does payment work? 

You can complete a payment for your order through the following methods: 

 

  • Creditcard; VISA, Mastercard 

  • Paypal ​

 

Once you’ve received your order you can take 14 days to review it. If your order isn’t living up to your expectations you can make a return within 14 days. Returning costs are at your expense, we’ll refund the amount due within 5 business days. 

 

Does Cycle Gear charge payment costs? 

The short answer; no. Cyclegear doesn’t charge payment costs to customers. 

 

I have a coupon code, how does this work? 

You’re able to fill in coupon codes at check-out. The discount amount appears in the payment overview. 

 

How do I know my order is processed? 

Upon placing an order and completing the payment you’ll receive an order confirmation (including all details) in your e-mail. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately not, your order is processed for shipment right away. Of course you’re always able to return your order. 

 

I want to deliver my order on a different address, is this possible? 

Yes, you can. At check-out fill in your details at ‘billing address’, at ‘delivery address’ you can fill in the desired address you want your order delivered to. 

 

When I put an article in my cart it was in stock. At check-out it was sold-out, how is this possible? 

An article is reserved the very moment the order is fully processed and paid for. It’s possible a product was in-stock when placing it in cart but was sold-out in the payment process. 

 

My size isn’t in stock, what should I do.
